These collective policies are fully supported by the club's elected committee and officers who are responsible for the implementation of these policies.

Coulsdon Athletic football Club will not tolerate harassment ,bullying, abuse or victimisation of an individual, or group which for the purposes of this policy and the actions and sanction applicable is regarded as discrimination
Coulsdon Athletic Football Club will work to ensure that such behaviour is met with appropriate action in whatever context it occurs. We shall action as per our codes of conduct listed above We will be responsible for setting high standards and values through out the club allowing enjoyment for all whether they be players ,parents, managers or coaches or any member associated with the club in any way shape or form.
